I wish we could change the color on multiple markers via Bulk Ops

I 2nd this. But also change any marker attribute in bulk. marker style, size, folder etc

I'll share (I think this is allowed?) my similar request to possibly have it tied in here, around renaming / renumbering markers as well.

Another vote here to bulk edit markers (size, color, label, location of label)
Hey everyone! Most of what's being asked for here is already possible via Bulk Ops *not available in the mobile app.
I will say that bulk editing marker color is a bit tricky: to bulk change the color you have to first select a (color-able) icon for all the markers that you're editing via the 'style' field in the bulk ops dialog. Then the 'color' option should become available. I say it's tricky because you need to select an icon in the bulk ops dialog even if all the selected markers already have an icon.
But changing style, folder, size, etc. are all operations that are fully supported via the Bulk Ops dialog.
Y'all have made some suggestions for improvements that we'll keep in mind as we move forward.

I just verified that yes, I can change the color if I first (re)set the style, but as you say, that's tricky. We shouldn't have to set the style just so we can set the color.
I agree, but as usual, it's complicated. Not all marker symbols are colorable, and the markers are stored as a combination of symbol and color. It's a solvable problem with enough work, but if we enable the color selector in the UI, the end results will not come out correct, so it's not the simple fix it probably looks like from the outside.
