Improvements to cumulative elevation change in the profile box

Hiya Caltopo folks, 

I'm stoked to see the new cumulative elevation change feature when you move the cursor along while viewing the profile of a line! There's two things that I think would make this great new feature even more useful: 

1. It doesn't appear to work on mobile - are there any plans to implement this on mobile? If it could show where you currently are on the profile, and then the distance/elevation gain/elevation loss ahead of you that would be killer! 
2. On PC, I would love to see this show not just the distance and gain/loss up to the point where your cursor is but also the distance and gain/loss remaining. This would be very useful for seeing where certain landmarks or campsites are along a longer line.
