Parcel ownership layer (trying to not show so many purple boxes)

Is it possible to put the purple boundary lines only on parcels that are owned by someone different than the adjacent parcel? What I mean is I'm looking at a county forest that's thousands of acres and there are hundreds of purple boxes showing parcels all owned by the county - that's a lot of clutter. How about just a boundary around the entire county-owned parcel and then boundaries around each private parcel?

If this can be enabled, I'll be one step closer to dropping my hunting app, Basemap and exclusively using Caltopo.
