From CalTopo on a computer web browser, allow me to select maps, layers, etc. that I want downloaded to my phone, and then have these maps, layers, etc. automatically download to my phone. 

From CalTopo on a computer web browser, provide a record of the downloads I requested, and confirmation when they are on my phone
