Team SAR104
Our team would like to be able to use our own SAR104. The form is in a fillable PDF format, but can be migrated to another format. Is there a way to replace the default form with our team form, in our team account?

We plan to add the ability for you to create custom forms. This will be available for Team accounts, but not individual or first responder accounts. It will likely mean you need to build the form in CalTopo rather than uploading an existing file.
Thinking about it, it would also be nice to add our debreifing forms as well
