Leave off lake and trail labels on custom MapBuilder layers

When building a custom MapBuilder layer, it would be good to have an option to omit lake and trail labels. Sometimes, labels obscure important details. In other cases, labels can get in the way, making it harder to visualize the topography from a printed map. I’m a fan of printed maps and options making it easer to produce good-looking maps would be greatly appreciated.
