Precompute Profiles when Enabling Offline Mode

My experience has been that I carefully create hiking routes on the computer and check all of the profiles for each one. From my phone, I check that the map loads, and check maybe one profile. I make sure that map tiles seem to have loaded well, and then I go into offline mode when I plan to lose cellular reception. When I attempt to access the profiles on the hike, some or all of them have the elevation flatline to zero, making them useless.

I don't know the details, but it seems that this is related to elevation data not being downloaded when the profile gets recomputed on the fly in offline mode.

My suggestion is for all line profiles to be precomputed and cached when offline mode is enabled, including downline the elevation data needed to do so. That would make sure they were available for reference, as expected.
