Is it possible to upload data from a Local ADSB receiver?

I would like to be able to Use a Local ADS-B receiver for SAR without having to have coverage from the default online ADS-B server.We come across areas constantly were we are working with Rescue Choppers and have no ADS-B coverage in the area we are operating.
