Base Layer legends in documentation Completed

I am hunting for legend information for the base layers and struggling to find it. If this is available in the system, please add instructions in the documentation for how to find it. If this is not available, please consider adding the legend for each base layer to the documentation.

Some layers will have legends. You can find more about where to access these in this section of the userguide: https://training.caltopo.com/all_users/base-layers/using-layers#legends
