Printing bug- cannot print multiple pages at different scales

When trying to print multiple pages, it does not allow me to print different scales for the different pages. I started with a general map of an entire route at 1:24k, then wanted just the peak scramble to be 1:12k, printed together. But when I add a page and set that to 1:12k, it resets the first route to 1:12k. When I try to set that back to 1:24k, now they're both at that. They appear to be locked together with no way to set unique scales.
