Import should offer "update/replace" rather than skipping existing items

My maps contain items that are periodically updated externally.

Presently, if I import a geojson that contains items already in my map, the new items are ignored.

I should be given the choice to replace those items (in bulk - i.e. "OK to replace all" - is fine as a starting point).
