Printing Lat/Long Gridlines

I'm trying to print a lat/long map but I'm unable to figure out how to get the map to print with the lat/long gridlines on it. In the print setup section, I have the Lat/Lng box checked on the Gridlines section, along with Deg Min. What am I missing?

    HI Deb,

    Lat/long prints as tic marks along the edge of the map. That is industry standard. UTM grid lines print actual lines over the map image.
