QR Code - possible to load map zoomed in to given location instead of showing all of North America?

I think the answer to this is no, but someone here will know for sure. 

I'm creating QR Codes for some of my organization's volunteers to use and I'd like them to load on the region they'll be surveying. I've locked the map layers to load the way I want, but the QR code loads to show all of North America and requires a lot of pan and zoom on a mobile device just to find the marked survey area. 

Is there a way I can have the QR Code load zoomed in right to the survey area? A lot of our volunteers are older and not tech savvy, and I'm trying to make this as user friendly as I can. Thanks.
