Zoom into cursor location when drawing lines or other objects

When normally browsing the map and you zoom with the trackpad or scroll wheel, the zooming action moves toward your cursor location. This is great. 

But the same action when drawing lines is different. It zooms to the center of the screen. This is very frustrating.

It would be great if zooming always went toward your cursor location. No matter what you are doing.
