Light Pollution Overlay

I feel like a light pollution overlay would be really handy and interesting feature. It's hard to tell sometimes on other light pollution maps where public lands/trails are, so having that overlay on top of CalTopo's great infrastructure would be awesome.

    There is an open source map for this that has been created by David Lorenz that you can probably add as a custom layer: https://djlorenz.github.io/astronomy/lp/

     I agree that it would very handy to have included with the other layers.
