Grid/Magnetic/True North

I'm trying to make maps for Land Navigation practice but the maps default to True North and I'd like them to default to Grid North. Is there any way I can change it?

Even better, can the app be modified to show Grid North along with True and Magnetic when measuring bearings? The printed maps show the grid declination on the declination arrow so I expect the data is in there.
