Tunnel elevation (flat tunnel, but elevation of route is elevation of surface above tunnel)

Sorry about the subject line...trying to make it easy to search in the future.

I have a route that includes a 2+ mile tunnel. The tunnel is essentially flat, but obviously the mountain through which the tunnel travels is higher and a profile of the tunnel route displays the surface elevation. Is there anyway to bypass that automatic elevation assessment for the tunnel only?

There is no way to override the elevation data. You can split your line at the beginning/end of the tunnel to omit the data going over the mountain.
