More curation of layers/overlays: remove Shaded Relief and Map Sheets

As I said in a previous post, I like being able to prune down the UI to just those components that I use.

I don't use Shaded Relief and Map Sheets, so I'd like to be able to turn them off from the Catalog.

    Seconded. It's odd to have control over hiding some individual layers, but no control over hiding shaded relief which takes up more screen real estate.
