More curation of layers/overlays: remove Shaded Relief and Map Sheets

As I said in a previous post, I like being able to prune down the UI to just those components that I use.

I don't use Shaded Relief and Map Sheets, so I'd like to be able to turn them off from the Catalog.

    Seconded. It's odd to have control over hiding some individual layers, but no control over hiding shaded relief which takes up more screen real estate.

    I made my own custom shaded relief layers, so to save screen space, it would be nice to omit the stock shaded relief slider.

    Hey all! 

    We added the ability to turn off Shaded Relief in the catalog. We have not yet added that ability for Map Sheets, though it's something we're tracking.
