Labels while importing

Good day, I know this topic has been broached but I am not having any luck. I would like to import points with labels into CalTopo. I have tried the method including 'title' column header in a GeoJSON and 'label' in kmls, but neither is working. Does anyone have any insight on how to import labels and not just points as 'n/a'? Thank you!
