Bulk Operations \ Transform Tracks to Line Assignments
Tracks are not assignable to an Operational Period; however, if they were transformed to a Line Assignment, then we're almost golden. Currently, we can select one track at a time to convert to a Line Assignment. But when you 50+ tracks converting each one to a Line Assignment becomes a chore. Assigning a track to an operation period will allow us to see the progression of the search over multiple operational periods. OR
Why can't we make gps/x tracks assignable to an operational period?

In general, we are trying to move further away from linking objects to operational periods, as simplifying the relationships between objects will ease the path for other changes we want to make (see blog.caltopo.com/2025/04/17/whats-ahead-for-search-and-rescue-users/). Our recommended best practice would be to create a new folder for each operational period's tracks, and use bulk ops to set each folder of tracks to a fixed color.
