Is there a size limit to importing objects from geojson/kml?

Hello, I am trying to import the map objects from the geojson (or kml) on this website https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/roadless-areas-2001-idaho-and-colorado-rules-combined-feature-layer-d72d8, the file is around 125MB. The .kml file is around 128MB as well. I can open the .kml file in google earth and results are as expected. But when I try to import object from either files, the usual dialogue boxes do not appear.

    Can you contact us at help@caltopo.com. That dataset is something more efficiently imported using our custom source feature.
