Ordering of Layers

Hi Caltopo Team,

One function that I think would be a great addition would be the ability to drag and drop layers to re-order them within the map objects pane. I work in GIS, and this is a handy way to to be able to see objects better that overlap with another, or place emphasis on certain features. For instance, if two polygons overlap, being able to bring one to front that you need more visible is a great organization tool. Hopefully that can be an update one day.
