Create pdf of Route + Markers?

Hello community! I need help: I have a map with 12 routes (days of a 12-day hike), created in Caltopo with the Line tool. I would like to add markers (to signify potential water sources), and then print 12 individual maps with the markers visible.  I cannot seem to be able to link the markers to the routes so that when I use Bulk Ops -> Print Individual Maps, so that the markers show up. 

Is there a way to do this? Thanks much!
