WMS layers EPA Ireland

Hi all, I'm trying to add WMS layers that are available from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Ireland, available from https://gis.epa.ie/GetData/Connect. EPA supports OGC WMS, WFS and ArcGIS REST services. I have previously added WMS layers but can't seem to get them working in CalTopo now and would appreciate some advice on how best to get layers into CalTopo again.
