Marker for bearings

In the Marker Style we can write letters and numbers we want, to make it in a circle marker.

This is great! But it is limited to 2 characters (or at least the displaying of the marker)... What about making able to display 3 characters; this will be very handful for writting bearing/azimuth values in this circle marker in order to make this critical information more visible than a title or a comment.
Or what about adding another marker type specifically for bearing/azimut like the one in the image?
After adding a line/bearing, we can choose to add a "bearing marker", which will add an arrow tag pasted to the line the with the bearing value we want.
