Mobile offline login Answered
I have a mobile subscription and have downloaded the tiles covering the area of interest. If I am logged in to the mobile app and then place the phone, an Android OS, into airplane mode or turn off the Wifi the application works as expected.
If I exit the mobile app, place the phone in Airplane mode (or turn off wireless to simulate an absence of wifi or cell connections), then start the mobile app it is, of course, not possible to login. The mobile app appears to require a login even if the necessary tiles are downloaded to the phone. Am I missing a step in offline use, or is it necessary to login to the mobile app while a data connection is available and then move into areas of no data connections?

The mobile app will not force a log out. You can stay logged in on the mobile app at all times, avoiding needing to log in outside of service. You cannot log in without a data connection.
