Annoying red lines

New to CalTopo and had a couple issues not mentioned here. Firstly when uploading tracks from Garmin Gps all track name labels were present but not on correct tracks? Then I have annoying red lines running in a straight line from my residence to the start and finish or just start or some random place I could never travel too. Any help to these issues appreciated.

Please email us at help@caltopo.com and include the map name or map ID so we can take a look. This doesn't sound right.
