MBtiles file resolution

The file resolution is rather poor when downloading an MBtile file to use in RC Pro controller for my drone. Is there a way to improve upon the resolution for whatever zoom level is chosen? I most always am choosing the 1:12K zoom level. Thanks.

Also, a 1:6K zoom level sure would be nice too.
