Map Object Attributes for Team Accounts Completed

Reviving the request for map objects to include "Added By:" and "Edited By:" for atleast Team Account Maps. Maybe even date and time included. I understand public maps don't need all that but team usage really does.

I would support this. I would also like a map created by or last modified by.

Some sort of logging / audit is definitely needed on CalTopo! (And Undo)

I assume everyone has seen this in the UI by this point, but we've enabled object history for team accounts.
