Snap To - Default to None

When I place a polygon of any kind, the 'snap-to' dialogue in the upper left corner will default to the last used term.

Sometime the last use is OSM. This means if I click to add another shape and I'm in any urban setting, the OSM snap to will spend the next 10min trying to cope with all the lines, a lot of times it just crashes the session. If I'm lucky I can zoom in all the way and wait just a couple of mins, but I would much prefer if the snap-to always defaults to 'none'. Or at least have that as an option in the settings menu.
