Google Earth Network Link Refreshes Layer Visibility
I'm using the KML network link feature, and turning features/layers on/off in GE. Every time I get the right layers turned on, the visibility refreshes and a seemingly random selection of layers and items is turned on. Changing layer visibility in CalTopo doesn't seem to affect it at all and I've tried quitting, restarting, generating a new network link.
Hope I'm explaining this well. It was playing nice earlier today and just started this bug a few hours ago.

This is still an issue, I can't pinpoint what triggers a reset of layer visibility, or how it decides which layers to turn back on. There used to be a caltopo support person on here, is there another way to report a bug?
