Ability to change gridline thickness and color on printed maps

I like to have a USNG gridlines on my printed maps, but sometimes the blue lines are distracting. Also, when I do a 1:10,000 map, the gridlines are thick. I'd like to gray out the gridlines a bit and have the ability to make them thinner.
