Feature Reuqest: Notebook

I would like to see a notebook feature in CalTopo. The ability to add a simple notebook/scratchpad tab or window would help tremendously for notes, narrative, and items that don't belong in the comments of a map or SAR object.Having it integrated into the map means other who have access to the map also can read the notebook instead of needing a separate google doc or other location for notes.
