Bulk Ops Additions - Column for "On Map" & Ability to Sort by Line Color

Hi,

It would be fantastic if there was a column in the bulk ops menu showing which map objects were current on map, and if not on map how far away they were. This feature already exists in the export menu, where all items are shown to either be "on map" with green text or "___ mi from map" in red.

Additionally, it would be excellent if it were possible to sort lines & polygons in the bulk ops menu by color. It's possible to sort markers by icon type, but there is no equivalent functionality for lines & polygons.
