Beginning of Track Log Truncated

I use caltopo to track all of my hikes and when I start a new track I chose the feature to record to both the account and the map.  When I finish my hike and the stop the tracking, the track log that gets saved to the map is usually missing about the first 5 min of the hike.  However, if I look at the track under "Your Tracks" it contains the full track.  Any thoughts as to why the track that gets saved to the map vs. gets saved to "Your Tracks" are different, specifically why the one saved to the map is missing the first few minutes?  I feel like this started happening about 6-8 months ago.

    Hi Shawn, 

    Sorry you are encountering this. We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. I do not have an ETA. I'm glad you found that the tracks in the "your data" section do have the full track. For now, the workaround is to load those into your map.

    We hope to fix this soon.

    FYI this is still happening. Every time, the first 5 or so minutes of my track that gets saved to a map gets clipped out when it winds up in the Lines & Polygons folder. The same track in the Tracks folder is slightly larger and has the missing first bit of the track. I'm using the workaround but it's pretty annoying to have to do that every time. Would really appreciate if you could squash this bug. :)
