Custom Source Layers help topic needs to be edited

The https://training.caltopo.com/all_users/base-layers/custom-source#radar topic needs to be modified since the internal NWS link https://idpgis.ncep.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/NWS_Observations/radar_base_reflectivity/MapServer is transitioning to the public cloud soon https://www.weather.gov/gis/cloudgiswebservices is the new link

Does SARTopo support EPSG 3857? The error message about the projection comes up using the link for the MapServer in the help page. 

The help topic doesn't address the WFS server(beta) which doesn't appear to autoconfigure properly when using the WFS layers here: https://opengeo.ncep.noaa.gov/geoserver/www/index.html 

Also, when WMS layers are added, there is a large expanse of a gray area that should be removed. Adding the same WMS layer into ArcGIS for example doesn't have this area. Reducing the transparency in SARTopo is an OK workaround, but isn't ideal. This behavior appears when selecting transparent overlay or base layer. 

Also as a new feature request, it would be great to have the legend show up from a mapserver link or WMS
