How do I get markers to appear on the Elevation Profile?

I have a map with one line and ten markers. When I view the expanded profile of the line I do not see the markers.

I read https://help.caltopo.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/15228549003163-Some-Marker-Labels-not-displaying-on-map But it is not the same as my problem.

The markers are positioned on top of the line.

How to get markers to appear on the elevation profile?

    My problem was I had labels turned off for the markers on that line. I turned on labels on for my folder of markers and then I also assured that Settings > Display > Show Labels was set to All.
