Importing Garmin activities to Caltopo

Hey all, I use my Garmin Fenix 6X to record myself while in the backcountry and I was wondering if there is an easy way to import these activities into Caltopo? They get recorded as activities on the Garmin Explore website so I have to manually change them to tracks to export them to Cal Topo which is slightly cumbersome. I also tried importing them directly from the watch but because the are fitfiles they won't import. Any suggestions?
