Hi all,

I just posted an update on my comment that was made to your Facebook page earlier today. Was curious if someone could take a peek at it to see if it's a software issue or a me issue. Any advice would be helpful. It pertains to the global imagery map layer when using the print function. Lastly, I'm fairly certain someone has probably already mentioned this...but could you somehow make to pop up windows adjustable in size and make it so you can actually move them to somewhere else on the screen. Because it now obstructs the map when trying to create assignments.

Thanks guys and gals!

Kind regards!

    Hi Cealan,

Within the US, the NAIP layer is the best option for printing aerial imagery. If you are trying to print the global imagery layer, the higher zoom levels incorporate MapBox layers, which can't be printed due to licensing restrictions. When you try to print global imagery at these higher zoom levels, it will only print the Sentinel imagery, which is much lower resolution.
We are working on a solution for this but in the meantime, NAIP is your best bet for aerial imagery on generated PDFs.

    Thanks for the other feedback.

    Best,
    Julie

I had a feeling it was a licensing problem just like you have with Google
layers. Thanks for the prompt response.
