My account is not syncing from website data to caltopo app maps. did sync now on APP and doesn't update.

    Hi Scott,
    The most common reason this occurs, is that the user has logged in with a different e-mail or login provider (i.e. Google instead of Microsoft) on the web versus mobile, or a user signs into CalTopo instead of SARTopo or vice versa. I actually am unable to find a user account with this e-mail address at all. What e-mail address and login method do you use to login? Can you confirm that it's the same when you're logged in on the website and in the mobile app?

    Can you provide more details about what you're seeing when you sync?
