Duplicating Search Areas

Would it be possible to enable copy and paste of search areas with the ability to drag them to a new location en bloc? the current copy requires dragging area vertices to move the copy, essentially redrawing the area. Often, search areas need set dimensions or shape, area, or to maintain 1 side for consistent search width, length etc.
Perhaps copy, then use a shift-drag to move, or shift-arrow to nudge.

regards,
Glen

    Glen,

Apologies, but there currently is no way to do this, and we don't plan to offer it anytime soon.

Of note, you can choose a snap-to setting for "lines and polygons", and you will be able to easily trace the sides of existing search areas in order to line up your new ones quickly and efficiently.

    Thanks,
    Julie
