Lightning Strikes

Something that would be very useful for all of us during fire season, under the Weather Forecast layer would be Lightning Strikes (last 24hrs.)

    Here is a public WMS layer that you can use for lightning strike density:

    Enter that in Add Layer - Custom Source - Auto-Configure URL

    Thanks Ben,

    The link got me started. The page comes in gray with lightning strikes over the gray. If it was a transparency that would have been great. I may have did something, not sure.

    Set it as a base layer and turn transparency on at maybe 30-40%
