apptrack folder behavior

Hi, we just encountered a feature of the app for the first time which may help us quite a bit. Can you confirm that this is intended behavior and that you don't have any current plans to change it? We'd like to make sure of that before we incorporate it into our guidelines.

When an app user starts recording an apptrack, it shows up in the 'AppTracks' folder. When the user then does a finsish-and-save, the apptrack gets converted to a line in the default 'Lines & Polygons' folder.

But, while the apptrack is still being recorded, if a computer user moves the live apptrack to a different folder e.g. 'AppStuff', then the finish-and-save will convert it to a line but it will remain in the AppStuff folder, rather than going to the default Lines & Polygons folder.

Thanks

Yes, the behavior you described (while the apptrack is still being recorded, if a computer user moves the live apptrack to a different folder e.g. 'AppStuff', then the finish-and-save will convert it to a line but it will remain in the AppStuff folder) is the expected behavior.

Great, thanks for the confirmation. That's some nice flexibility.
