Good Afternoon,

I have had good luck on my IOS app and wanted to work toward getting things online on my android tablet. The app downloads and runs initially but crashes when I go to log into my account. Is this a user error or a clash with my android tablet device?

    Good morning,

    Could you provide a little more information about the issue you're experiencing so we can dig into it a little more? Specifically what device and OS type and version are you using? What steps are you taking, at what point exactly does the app crash and what happens when it crashes? Do you get any error messages? Screenshots are really helpful if you can include those too.

    Good Morning Meghan,

    I can absolutely do that. I will gather the noted items when I get home. I
    may even see if I can do a screen capture of it. We will see how techy I
    can get.

    Specifically, what device and OS type and version are you using? Samsung
    Tab 2 with version 5.0.2 OS

    This is likely related to the version of android and the age of your device (that version was last updated in 2014). If you are able to update the version of Android on your device to 5.1.1 we have a number of users with that version of Android and our app functioning. Unfortunately without an upgrade to the device I'm not sure we'll be able to support and debug this issue since we don't have a test device that old, it may be time to update the tablet!
