I purchased the SAR topo offline (desktop) and am having trouble downloading tiles. In order to do so, SAR Topo says I need to sync SAR Topo, this is where I am having issues, it directs me to do so from http://localhost:8080 and after several minutes waiting to refresh it still would not open the page. I tried manipulating my laptop's proxy settings to no avail.

What message do you get when you load localhost. What does the application window show? Are there any errors output when you start the application?

Yes the "Local Host" failed to load

Ok what is it showing in the application window. Below the text saying the app version, etc and to connect via localhost. Are there errors? Can you copy and paste all the text from the window?
