We have sartopo offline both on each local pc and our server. When trying to add the gpsio extension (for all sites) get message that it is not found, 404. The other option (work with sartopo/caltopo) does not allow access from our server site.

This is on a windows 10 o/s.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for reaching out! I would happy to help you figure out what's going on. Could you provide a little more information about what you are trying to do? In addition what version of the app and Java are you currently using?

    Thank you,
    Meghan

I am adding the gpsio extension into chrome.  Java is Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_241-b07)
I have attached two pics, one from an older version of the extension showing option for all sites and a newer one showing only selected sites.
Going to your site and getting the gpsio extension for Chrome the version for all sites gives a 404 code.

Hi, jumping in on the thread. I believe the actual bug report should say
    just this:

there is a broken link on http://gpsio.caltopo.com/ there is a broken link
at "Chrome comes in two versions: one that works on all websites
    <https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gpsio/afgcejeehpnhafgikkimogllebbgegck>,
    "

Steve, does that capture the issue accurately?

Quite possibly.  The link seems broken, but I was not sure if there was another explanation, too.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

You are correct- I get the same 404 message error message when I click the link. I will log this on the development board so that the broken link can be addressed.

To facilitate tracking requests and duplicates, I'm going to close this ticket, but be assured we're working on it! If this thread is publicly viewable and another user has the same or similar issue, please comment here to reopen the thread.

Just to underscore the underlying need, Steve is not able to install
gpsio right now, because of the broken link. Maybe you can get him the
file directly by another means until the broken link is addressed?

Sorry, looks like it's not a file that can be send, but is a link to the
extension on the chrome web store. Wonder if Google nixed the all-sites
version. It kind of rings a bell from conversations with Matt, but I can't
find record of it in email. I don't know what the resolution was, if that
    was actually the problem.

That would seem strange as other extensions have the all sites allowable selection, but....Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

We may be able to copy the extension from one of the older installs?  I will look further into this.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
