I used the link you provided and screen 1 is what I get first which is just the login screen. As soon as I select the link to sign in (in my case I sign in with Google Account), it takes me to screen 2. That is where I select "Fresh Install" and it downloads the "sartopo-offline.zip" file with no problems. Have you tried to reboot the new computer in case there is something in the cache that is not letting the link go to the login screen?

Thanks, By closing down online Sartopo and rebooting before going to
SarTopo offline I do indeed get the sign in screen first. Then when I sign
in, the same access denied screen come up. So I must need to get access
granted for this laptop.

Sorry, this didn't rise to the top of my queue because another user jumped in (need to get that fixed). What account are you signing in to SARTopo with? It might just be that the account needs to be upgraded.

It seem every time I have a laptop quit working, I have not backed up or
keep track of needed information to load up the new laptop. so getting a
new laptop up and running takes time and I get impatient with the process.
This one being window 10 for the first time adds to the experience.
Not sure if I am smart enough to answer your question. Here goes. With my
computer running google chrome browser and logged in to my
[email blocked] account, I then enter SarTopo in the search bar or
tap on the saved bookmark to same site. Sartopo comes up in map mode On
the upper left screen I can choose to log in under my google account and
then it shows me logged in as [email blocked]. The site seem to
work fine even if I don't log in that upper left corner. Neither way do I
see the option to work offline. Hopefully that helps answer your question.
I am thinking that I had an icon on the desktop to log in the offline app,
but could be totally my imagination. It has been a long time ago since you
put the SAR app together and it was introduce at the SAR conference. It is
at least three laptop upgrades ago for me. So I am not even sure when I
lost the offline portion. I have not utilized your program very well. I
will read and respond to your other email also.
Matt, Sorry I attempted to help Bruce as it seemed at the time he was sending me the email with the question. I guess that explains why I have received several emails from others because there is a problem with the emails going out to everyone. In the future, I will make sure to ignore them unless they are directed to me personally. I hope he can get his new laptop back online. I just sent mine back to HP today for repairs and keeping my fingers crossed it comes back repaired and everything on it that is left with. I do have a backup, but it is still a pain to have to go through setting one up again.
