The name associated with the account comes from the email address when the user signs up for the account. During the initial account creation process, the user can set their name, but at this time we do not have the feature to allow users to change their display name after they create the account. We plan to add this feature soon, but until then you are stuck with the existing names.

We're not going to allow admins to change this, since this is a part of the individual user's account it's up to each individual user to define their name. However we are going to add the feature that allows users to update their name after creating an account, currently they can only do so at account creation. I would expect this in the next few months.

I'm able to login, just checked your account, and can see your account is active, and your e-mail is listed as an active administrator. When I use our admin tool to log in I can see all the team features/administration.
Can you tell you are seeing and what e-mail you are logging in with?
