Hello, Is there a way to download only the shaded slope data and not the base map layer?

Thanks! Jack

You *might* need a paid subscription for this (which is well worth it) to access it, but I'm able to download a KML file containing all the different base layers.

Here is how the slope shading appears in Google Earth, on top of the default Google Earth satellite imagery.

    Download in what format?

Neither the PDFs I generate nor KMZ exports (which are based on JPEGs) support transparency, so even if there were, it would be no different than overlaying the slope angle shading onto a white background.

As Keith mentioned, with a paid subscription you can get the slope angle shading as a standalone layer for Google Earth.

Thanks - I think that answers it!
