Link locator to resource

It would be nice if one could link a locator to a resource. Think resource is a searcher with APRS capabilities. SARTopo is tracking their device. Upon completion of their task SARTopo already has their track for their task in the system and it would be associated with their task. (Of course they'd still need to upload GPX file from their GPSr for higher resolution tracks.)

Location tracking is intentionally decoupled from assignments / resources in order to have the location tracking code also work on, where these objects don't exist. There are ways I can see making it work but I've decided to take a big step back from non-geographical search data management (like resources), in order to focus on some large changes that are coming. At some point I'll figure out how to link non-SARTopo-specific features with search data, but until then, changes like this would only make my life more complicated down the road.
